Rumors have swirled that Selena Gomez is dating Romeo Miller, formerly Lil' Romeo, after he posted a photo of the singer on his Instagram page. 

The 24-year-old rapper-turned-actor uploaded a picture on Dec. 22 showing Gomez in a "Romeo Everything" sweatshirt looking away from the camera.

"I live for the nights that I can't remember with the people that I won't forget. #romeeverything," he captioned the photo. 

A source close to Gomez told HollywoodLife.com the duo is not dating, saying, "It's not true."

Gomez recently cancelled the Australian leg of her tour, citing reasons of wanting to spend more time with her family and focusing on herself. A new shocking claim on Popdust.com indicated that she stepped away from the tour because she recently suffered multiple "flares" stemming from Lupus, including facial swelling, extreme fatigue and more.

"Selena has been going full throttle the past few years and her Lupus is really catching up with her right now," a source told the website. "She knows that she needs to take some time to address the disease and look after herself better if she wants to live a full and healthy life.

Gomez's rep had no comment regarding the Lupus report.
