'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Season 6: Kandi Burruss's Engagement in Trouble? Star Reveals No Wedding Date Set [VIDEO]
Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kandi Burruss's mother, Mama Joyce, vowed to stay out of Burruss's relationship with her fiancé Todd Rucker but she could be stopping the two from setting a wedding date.
During a recent appearance on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, Burruss opened up about wedding plans, or lack thereof. In fact, she said it's a possibility she and Rucker could be the only ones there.
When asked if they set a date yet she said, "No we have not. Well I mean we have a date in our minds that we wanna do but we didn't start planning anything because there was so much going on. We don't really know if we wanna have a big ceremony or if we want to do something that's just us."
She also dished on how everything is going since Rucker, who used to produce for the show, is now a cast member and they are both now in front of the camera.
"He wants to control everything. Like, we both have our bosses in what we do. He's a producer so he's used to telling people what to do," she said. "We had to kinda watch how we talk to each other and he had to be like 'uuhhh I don't work for you. So we had some of those moments."
Then came the question everyone wants to know, whether Mama Joyce really likes Todd or not. Burruss hesitated to answer before she revealed that she, Mama Joyce and Rucker are all just tired of arguing about it.
When it comes to why Mama Joyce isn't Rucker's biggest fan, Burruss said she doesn't know why Mama Joyce feels the way that she does, but she did say her daughter, Riley, does like her beau.
