Despite a cheating scandal reportedly rocking their marriage, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott appear to be back to a rock-solid relationship.

The 40-year-old actress and her husband, 47, were spotted together in public for the first time Thursday, Jan. 9, more than two weeks after allegations that McDermott cheated on his wife first broke.

'Separation Not an Option' For Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott?

Despite the rumors however, the Tori & Dean stars were all smiles as they left a building in Los Angeles together. (See photos here).

They had reportedly arrived together in their Ford Flex, and were inside for approximately an hour and a half. A couple's treatment center is reportedly located inside the building, but it is unclear if the couple had attended a session.

Rumors first broke on Christmas Eve that McDermott had cheated on Spelling in early December with 28-year-old model Emily Goodhand, while he was in Toronto to promote his new hosting gig on Chopped: Canada.

McDermott allegedly invited Goodhand back up to his hotel room and had sex with her. Goodhand claimed he told her he had a "sexless" marriage with his wife.

Since the rumors broke, the couple was not seen together in public, though Spelling has been out with the couple's four children - Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2 and Finn, 16 months.

Though she was spotted once without her ring, Spelling has not publicly commented on the rumors, and has been largely ignoring them as a whole. She even posted a photo of herself with McDermott and their two eldest children on New Year's Eve on her personal website.

"Happy New Year From the McDermotts," a sign the couple held in the photo read.
