The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's husband, Joe, will have to wait even longer to have his day in court over a fraud charge.

His trial has been pushed back once again, NorthJersey.com reported earlier this week.

Joe allegedly used a fake form of ID to get a new driver's license while his valid one was suspended. A date was supposed to be set earlier this week for Joe's trial, in which he is charged for getting a driver's license under fraudulent means.

However the defense attorney on his case, Miles Feinstein, is currently too involved with choosing a jury for a separate murder trial in Passaic County.

Joe's court date has not been set yet but if convicted, he could spend up to 10 years behind bars.

The fake ID shenanigans isn't the only legal battle Joe is facing. His high profile case for fraud, in which his wife Teresa is also charged, is scheduled to kick off in April. Unfortunately for The Real Housewives of New Jersey viewers, they won't get to see that trial on television as it falls after the cast finishes filming the current season.

Producers did initially push the filming schedule back to December, hoping to televise the trial, which was originally scheduled for Feb. 24. But the trial ended up being postponed to April. A specific date hasn't been scheduled, but Teresa doesn't seem to mind that her high profile trial won't be aired on national television.

One source said, "Teresa likely doesn't care as long as she is getting paid and gets to promote her businesses."

The Giudice couple is facing 41 counts of loan application and bank fraud charges.
