In Thursday night's episode of Mob Wives, Renee Graziano receives an unexpected letter from her ex-husband Junior.

Renee attempts to tell her son AJ about the letter she got from his father, but he doesn't want to know what it says.

"Before you continue talking if it has to do with my father, I do not want to hear about it," the 19-year-old tells his mother. "I don't live in the past, I'm moving forward. And you're not going to read it to me."

Renee, who described it as a "crazy letter," then tells the cameras that AJ always acts uninterested when his father's name is brought up.

"This has me very worried," she says. "I don't think AJ realizes just how serious it is with his dad and how bad it takes me back to a very dark place."

Junior, whose real name is Hector Pagan, Jr., was featured on season 2 of Mob Wives, in which he betrayed Renee's family by wearing a wire-tapped watch. His evidence turned Renee's father into the Feds and gave him the title of a "Rat."

"I'm not going to continue going down the hole or anything," AJ says. "I'm moving forward."

AJ's reaction angers Renee, who tells her son, "Lower your f-king voice and you'll understand one thing right now. I want to be left alone. I don't want this in the mail... I want you to know what a f-king nutjob he is. He needs to leave me alone."

Mob Wives airs on VH1 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Thursday.
