Jennifer Lopez has not completely ruled out marriage from her future.

She told YourTango.com in a candid article published Saturday, that while she has had a few marriages that did not work out in the past, she isn't totally against it.

"I don't know. We'll see. I always believed in that institution. My parents were married for a very long time-- they were married for 35 years. I believe in it. It's difficult. I've had my challenges. But at the same time I believe in love and I think that's the main thing."

Lopez' most recent marriage to Latino singing sensation Marc Anthony ended in 2011 after seven years of marriage. The two have twins, Max and Emme, who will be turning six on Feb. 22. The On The Floor singer also broke off her engagement to actor Ben Affleck in January 2004.

Now, she is going strong cougar style with backup dancer Casper, who is 18 years younger than her.

She told YourTango.com that he is a big help with the twins.

"He's fantastic with the kids and he helps be very much with my work. It was his ide to do the video [for] Same Girl and go shoot that in the Bronx. He was like, 'When are we going to be in New York again? Come on, I'll do it with you. Let's go do it. Let's put that dream down for you.' He basically produced it with me. So he's fantastic that way."

Jennifer Lopez is currently a judge on the 13th season of American Idol, airing Wednesdays at 8/7c on FOX.
