While Manny Pacquiao promoted his April fight with welterweight titleholder Timothy Bradley, he spoke about one he hopes will happen with Floyd Mayweather.

"I want that fight but it's up to him," the Filipino professional boxer told ESPN's Keith Olbermann. "What I can say now is that our line is open 24 hours, seven days a week. If he will call and say 'yes' then the fight [will happen]."

Pacquiao then went on to say he believes that the long-awaited fight hasn't happened because Mayweather simply doesn't want it.

"Thousands, millions of fans are waiting for that fight and been asking me many questions about when will that fight happen," he said. "I tell them I am willing to fight him any time but the problem is him. Many reasons, many alibis."

In the meantime, Pacquiao is set to fight Bradley for a rematch on April 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The two first fought in June 2012 and the winner was Bradley, who believes Pacquiao lacks one important quality needed for defeat.

"He's a nice dude, man," Bradley told The New York Daily News at a press conference on Thursday in Manhattan. "Pacquiao is very humble, very spiritual. But I don't think he has that killer instinct. I don't think he has that fire in him. I really don't."

To that, Pacquiao, who hasn't won a fight by stoppage since defeating Miguel Cotto in 2009, responded, "I'm not predicting this fight. I'm not saying I'll knock him out. But I will do my best to win convincingly."
