Valentine's Day will have moments of love, but some Salem couples are in for a potentially messy celebration on Days of Our Lives.

Sami Learns Some Shocking News?

While things between Rafe (Galen Gering) and Jordan (Chrishell Stause) are set to scorch when the two become intimate, several other couples may face a much more difficult day of love.

Sami (Alison Sweeney) has learned a shocking revelation recently, and it could severely affect her Valentine's Day with fiance, E.J. (James Scott).

Eric Proposes to Nicole?

In a preview clip for the Valentine's Day episode, E.J. will give Sami a beautiful necklace for the holiday, a present which shocks her.

"I've never owned anything as beautiful as this," she said.

The two will share a romantic kiss after E.J. puts the necklace around Sami's neck, but if Sami has learned about E.J.'s secret affair with Abigail and confronts him about it, the couple's loving embraces may come to a screeching halt.

A potential disaster of a day could also be awaiting Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and Eric (Greg Vaughan). Eric recently revealed to Nicole that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her by his side, but Nicole couldn't give him a definitive yes or no. Now, she will make a decision. If her answer is no, it could spell the end for the pair.

Also set to experience a not-so-thrilling day is Hope (Kristian Alfonso), who will have a messy run-in with Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove).

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
