Is Stiles Completely Possessed? 'Teen Wolf' Creator Dishes On The Nogitsune

As far as Lydia (Holland Roden) knows, her gift prompts her to let out an ear-piercing scream when someone is about to die. Her powers don't stop there, however.

During season 3A, Lydia was inextricably drawn to the location of several different murders. Now, the teen is hearing voices - not just whispers but specific noises as well. Considering season 3B has seen very few deaths, viewers have yet to find out what is triggering her abilities.

Teen Wolf creator Jeff Davis stopped by Wolf Watch after "Riddled" to shed some light on Lydia's situation.

"Lydia as a banshee, the idea about it, the idea behind it is it's not necessarily about her scream, it's about what she can hear," Davis stated. "So she hears the whispers and maybe the wailings of other Banshees that are warning her that someone is going to die."

Other banshees? Is Davis implying that banshees could be as numerous in Beacon Hills as werewolves?

"You'll meet one," Davis teased. "You'll meet another one this season."
