Christina Aguilera is expecting her second child!

It's only been one week since she announced her Valentine's Day engagement to boyfriend Matt Rutler on Twitter, and a source has confirmed to Us Weekly that the singer has a new bun in the oven.

"He asked and I said......," she wrote on Twitter about her engagement, including a sweet photo of her hand flaunting a gigantic diamond ring as she locks his hand with a beautiful beach scenery behind them.

The couple met while Aguilera was taping the 2010 film, Burlesque. At the time, Rutland was working as a production assistant. Since then, the pair have been together for three years.

The 33-year-old singer welcomed son Max with ex-husband Jordan Bratman in January 2008.

She took off season 4 from judging The Voice to raise her son and focus on her career.

Back in 2010 shortly after the news of her divorce made headlines, she gushed about her now 6-year-old son to Ellen Degeneres.

"He's the love of my life, and I adore him. He's such a character, and he's so happy and at the end of the day, that's what's most important," she said.

Aguilera and Bratman have joint custody of Max.

Though she has yet to announce the pregnancy news, congratulations are in order for the newly-engaged couple. Currently, they reside in Agiuilera's Mulholland Estates home in Los Angeles, which she purchased last April for $10 million.
