Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge's (Thorsten Kaye) wedding plans may be put on permanent hold now that Katie (Heather Tom) fainted during their ceremony on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Katie Serves As Matron Of Honor Despite Having Feelings For Ridge?

As Brooke and Ridge were about to be named husband and wife, marking their marriage official, Katie fainted during the ceremony, stopping everything and bringing the wedding to a halt.

In a preview clip for the Friday, Feb. 21 episode, Ridge will take charge to make sure Katie gets the help she needs, effectively ending his wedding to Katie's sister.

Brooke "To Cherish Everything She Has" With Ridge?

"Rick! Call the paramedics!" he shouted to his younger brother and best man before turning to Katie and shouting her name to try and wake her up.

Katie will eventually wake up, and will potentially have a meaningful heart-to-heart with Ridge in the hospital that convinces him to rethink marrying Brooke, and instead giving the feelings he has with Katie a chance.

"There's nothing wrong with me Ridge," Katie said.

"Let's hope so," he answered.

Meanwhile, Brooke's former flame Bill (Don Diamont) is on a drunken bender and drowning his misery over losing Brooke for good when he gets a visit from long-ago flame, Quinn (Rena Sofer), who offers herself to him as a means of solace.

"As much as you deserve to wallow in this self-made agony, I thought I would be nice and keep you company," she said.

In an interview with TV Guide, Diamont previously revealed Bill and Quinn would not only start sleeping together, but would engage in some S&M action as well.

Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m.
