Towanda Braxton has opened up about her ongoing feud with Tamar Braxton, and what made her call out Tamar's husband, Vince's tax problems on Twitter after getting attacked by Tamar's fans.

Towanda admitted that she came for Vince out of emotions.

She said, "I didn't care that [Tamar's fans] were attacking me, I didn't care that they were attacking Andre, what I cared about was when they started attacking my kids. They said 'I wish Towanda's kids got raped and run over by a bus.' See people didn't see that stuff. They just saw what I wrote. So after that I have to say that was 100% out of character for Towanda to respond, but I wasn't thinking about what was right and what was wrong at that moment I was just reacting and responding."

For a little background, Towanda and Tamar went head to head several times during the fourth season of Braxton Family Values that ended Feb. 20. During one of their spats, Tamar's fans, also known as the Tamartians, attacked Towanda on Twitter, claiming she was jealous of Tamar and Vince, who is a music mogul and manages superstars such as Lady Gaga.

A fan wrote, "She can't help that her husband is a multi-millionaire and yours is a bum. [Towanda] is jealous!

Towanda responded, "Check the web boo! He also owes 3.3 million to the IRS...Guess I'm jealous of that too huh?"

Towanda revealed that her publicist as well as the oldest Braxton sister, Unbreak My Heart singer Toni, had to step in and tell her to get off Twitter.

She also confessed that Tamar was "pissed" when she saw the tweet. But her sisters ended up understanding why she did it.

"[They were] Like, 'Okay, we get it. We wouldn't have done it that way but we get it."

Towanda said she and Tamar are on good terms now.
