Teen Wolf's Kira is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with, and fans will be learning much more about the Kitsune as season 3B comes to a close.

Kira (Arden Cho) arrived in Beacon Hill's with her parents just as chaos started to unfold once more. Unable to ask her supernaturally gifted mother for pointers about her newfound powers, the young Kitsune has turned to Scott (Tyler Posey) and his pack for help.

"The Kitsune mythology is definitely something that is still developing and we, as an audience, haven't quite learned what it really is yet. We do know that Kira has got something going on with electricity. She definitely can somehow absorb electricity and withhold, I guess, a lot of that power," Cho explained to Fear Net. "She doesn't know how to control it yet because she's young. It's interesting, I almost feel like Derek knows more about the Kitsune then the rest of us do."

Since Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) has never been particularly chatty, Kira has been exploring her powers on her own. With super speed akin to that of a werewolf, the Kitsune also seems to have a natural knack for sword fighting.

However, Kira's mom may also be a kitsune, and she defiantly does not seem overly interested in helping Stiles. She is more focused on destroying the Nogitsune (she is, after all, the one who unleashed the Oni), and viewers will find out why during "The Fox and the Wolf."

This season I love how you just don't know whose bad and whose good," Cho told Fear Net. "[Kira's] mom's kind of scary. I'm still scared of her. I love her but I'm scared of her."

As it turns out, Mrs. Yukimura (Tamlyn Tomita) actually witnessed the Japanese internment camps of WWII, and it was there that she appears to have encountered to Nogitsune. It looks like viewers will soon see the origin of the Nogitsune (as played by Aaron Hendry) and learn what that strange message on Allison's (Crystal Reed) phone really means.
