One of the most significant actresses to appear in American Horror Story: Asylum could return to the horror anthology series in season 4.

Season 4 Concept Revealed at PaleyFest 2014?

Chloë Sevigny, who played nymphomaniac Shelley in American Horror Story: Asylum, recently talked to FEARnet.com about the possibility of returning to play a new character in the upcoming fourth season.

"I'm not sure," she admitted, when asked if she would return. "[American Horror Story creator] Ryan Murphy teased me, 'Oh, now you're doing [TV show Those Who Kill], you can't do ours.' I guess it depends if we get a second season of [Those Who Kill], and what happens with that. I love American Horror Story, and I love this show, so I hope I can do both."

Details on Jessica Lange Character & Angela Bassett's Possible Return

Sevigny is starring in the upcoming A&E show Those Who Kill, so her schedule might now allow her to appear on American Horror Story or any other show. The actress also has several movies slated for release in 2014.

Thus far, only two actors have confirmed that they will be returning for American Horror Story season 4: Jessica Lange and Sarah Paulson. Evan Peters recently said that he would like to have a part in season 4 though he did not know if one would be written for him.

Lange, Paulson and Peters are among a small group of actors who have appeared in all three seasons of American Horror Story, along with Lily Rabe and Frances Conroy.

American Horror Story season 4 premieres in fall 2014 on FX, though the network has not yet scheduled a specific start date.
