AMC recently released a video for Peggy Olson's (Elisabeth Moss) transformation after six seasons of Mad Men ahead of the seventh and final season.

Mad Men Spoilers: Megan Draper 'Put Through the Wringer' in Final Season?

Peggy has undergone one of the most significant changes since the first season of Mad Men, transitioning from mousy secretary to confident creative director. AMC uploaded a two-minute video recapping Peggy's journey through Mad Men to get remind longtime viewers and to inform new viewers.

Peggy had a lot of big story lines in season 6, including her relatively turbulent love life. She wound up accidentally stabbing her boyfriend in their apartment, causing him to leave her. Then, she got involved with Ted Chaough (Kevin Rahm) even though Ted was married and had kids. Ted left Peggy at the end of season 6 to go to California, leaving her alone.

However, Peggy seemed confident and sure of herself as she sat in Don Draper's (Jon Hamm) former office. Does this indicate a further rise to power for Peggy in season 7?

Very little has been released about Peggy's storyline in the upcoming final season of Mad Men, but that hasn't stopped Moss from speculating.

"I'm not even necessarily supposed to tell you I'm on the show," Moss told Entertainment Weekly previously. "For me - definitely everything is where it should be. And it is so early. It is still the beginning at this point so I barely know anything anyway. But I'm very happy with where it is. I can say that."

Mad Men season 7 premieres Sunday, April 13 at 10 p.m. on AMC.
