Jackson and April will soon have to tell their fellows doctors at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital about their secret wedding.

Twitter Fans React To April's Decision To Choose Jackson Over Matthew In Premiere

"Now that there is this rule at the hospital that you can't fraternize, they're feeling as if they probably have to reveal that they are married," Sarah Drew, who plays April on Grey's Anatomy, told TVLine. "They're not going to be able to keep it a secret for much longer."

On the midseason premiere, April revealed her decision to dump Matthew and run off with Jackson, who proclaimed his love for her as she stood at the altar. And while it was overly romantic, their actions hurt two other people - April's fiancé and Jackson's former love interest Stephanie.

Yet, Drew also hinted that eventually all the doctors might be able to coexist again.

"I think there will eventually be some sort of healing in terms of ability to work together. But, you know, Stephanie now has to go to work with all these people who watched her be rejected in the most horrible of ways," she told Entertainment Weekly.

"So it's painful, and she's an intern. It's not like she's the head of surgery and something like this happened and everybody has to continue to be respectful. It's a very painful situation that she was left in and she's going to deal with the pain of it for a while."
