Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow character from The Avengers may have chance of getting her own movie.

Scarlett Johansson's Pregnancy To Create Complications For Black Widow?

In a recent press junket interview that was posted on The Mary Sue on Monday, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige said he doesn't know how well the idea would be received since the character has already had large roles in The Avengers, Iron Man 2 and Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Yet, fans shouldn't lose hope on the idea just yet.

"Frankly if we do a Black Widow movie after Age of Ultron, when she's been central in three or four movies I don't think we'd get the quote unquote credit for it," Feige said. "People would say, 'She's already a big giant superhero!' But if we had a great idea, we'd do it."

Black Widow Will Have 'Huge Part' In Age Of Ultron?

Feige then mentioned that Black Widow will play a significant role in Avengers: Age of Ultron so getting her own movie may not be necessary, especially since she has such a strong connection with the other superheroes.

"With Widow, what's great is the interaction with all the team members, and the question is whether we want to pluck her out of that," Feige said. "I'm very proud of the way the Marvel movies handle the female characters who are in all the movies we are making, as opposed to feeling the pressure of 'When are you doing a female movie?' We're exploring a lot of Widow, and that's going to continue with Age of Ultron in a big way."
