Things aren't looking up for A.J. (Sean Kanan) on General Hospital.

A.J.'s Shooter Revealed?

After being shot by Sonny (Maurice Bernard) when he confronted Ava (Maura West) about Connie's death, his condition hasn't improved. Though he initially woke up from a comatose state and was able to tell police that Julian (Michael DeVry) hadn't shot him, he soon fell back unconscious and suffered from a brain aneurysm. However, he is still alive, something that has been troublesome for Ava and Sonny. Now, in a preview clip for the Wednesday, March 19 episode, Ava will make plans with Sonny to ensure A.J. can never point a finger at them for their crimes.

"We have to finish A.J. off," Ava said to Sonny in the preview clip.

Luke Begins Hitting On Kiki

However, she may be premature, as back at the hospital, the news still isn't looking very good, and Patrick (Jason Thompson) will need to break that news to A.J.'s mother, Monica (Leslie Charleson) and son, Michael (Chad Duell).

"I'm afraid I have some bad news," he said to them.

If there is no hope that A.J. will wake up and be the same, Ava and Sonny could have their work cut out for them.

Meanwhile, Luke's (Anthony Geary) worrisome behavior has taken a turn towards the creepy side, as he continues to hit on Kiki (Kristen Aldersen) and make her uncomfortable.

Cornering her at the hospital, he is ready to make his move, despite Kiki reminding him that he has a wife, Tracy (Jane Elliot).

"Everyone likes a little hot sauce on the side," he replied with a leer, as Tracy came around the corner and asked what was going on.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. ET on ABC.
