Basketball Wives reality star Evelyn Lozada and fiance Carl Crawford welcomed their baby boy, Carl Leo on Saturday.

A source revealed to HollywoodLife.com that the baseball player is the one who came up with the baby name, as he wanted his son to be named after him.

"Carl named the baby. Carl is a Leo. He wanted the baby to have every aspect of his name," a source said.

This is Lozada's second child, as she already has a 20-year-old daughter named Shaniece Hairston from a previous relationship. Carl has a 9-month-old daughter and a 9-year-old son with his ex-wife, Amy Freeman.

Enstars reported earlier that Freeman reportedly decided to move from Arizona to California to be near Carl Sr.

According to court documents, Freeman insisted that she's making the move because she wants the children to be closer to their father, but the baseball player thinks she only headed to California to take advantage of more child support laws. Carl Sr. requesting that a judge block Freeman from relocating.

Lozada's new baby boy weighed in at 8 pounds and measured 21 inches. The reality star took to her social media sites to share the happy news with her fans.

"I have EXCITING NEWS! Thank you God for my blessing," Lozada wrote, with a link to an OK! magazine story announcing the birth of her son.

The couple announced their engagement back in December, after Carl Sr. popped the big question on Christmas Day with a 14.5 carat diamond ring.

"I'm overjoyed and in complete and utter shock," she told People magazine at the time.
