Elsa Pataky revealed the names of her newborn twins along with an adorable photo of their small feet on her Instagram account.

"They are already home," she wrote on Monday. "Tristan and Sasha came into this world on March 18 just after the full moon. Complete happiness."

The Spanish model and actress, 37, also shared a glimpse of her family life with husband/actor Chris Hemsworth on her Glamour blog. She uploaded photos of a twin stroller, baby bathing products and a big crib. Pataky also showed off the changing and play room of their firstborn, India, who is now 22 months old.

The happy mother revealed that her favorite moment is when the morning comes and she gets to see her three children frolic in bed. She also offered advice for mothers with large families: "Buy yourself a huge bed."

Pataky and Hemsworth, who wed in 2010, welcomed their baby boys at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, TMZ first reported.

The actress previously explained to People magazine how the couple manages to keep their family a priority despite their busy careers.

"You have to make an effort and try to stay together as much as you can," she said last May. "If we start splitting and doing other things it's not going to last. We try and keep it as normal as much as we can - like a typical family."
