Dancing with the Stars said goodbye to Billy Dee Williams on Monday night, but not because he was eliminated.

Although Williams and his partner Emma Slater had the lowest scores for two weeks running, the Star Wars dropped out of his own volition. Williams cited a back problem and doctor's orders as the reason for his withdrawal.

However, bad news for Williams is good news for the rest of the Dancing with the Stars competitors. With the 76-year-old out of the running, the ABC series did not to oust any other performers during Week 3.

Freed from the pressure of eliminations, the remaining nine couples were free to devote their energy to performing high scoring routines in order to keep themselves off the Week 4 chopping block.

Olympic ice dancer Meryl Davis and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy pulled in the highest score of the evening for their foxtrot, which was set to John Legend's All of Me and garnered 39 points from the four judges (see video below).

No scores dipped into the 20s, but Drew Carey and Cheryl Burke became the lowest scorers of Week 3 when they clocked a mere 30 for their waltz.

Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
