Peaches Geldof, who worked as a writer, model and TV presenter, has died at the age of 25, BBC reported on Monday. She was the daughter of musician Bob Geldof and the late writer Paula Yates. She was found in her home in Kent, England and the cause of her death hasn't been revealed.

"Peaches has died," her father said in a statement. "We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing 'was' destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable?"

Geldof leaves behind her husband, musician Thomas Cohen, and their two sons - Astala, 1, and soon-to-be one Phaedra. She often posted photos of her family on Instagram and just yesterday uploaded videos of herself interacting with her children.

"My beloved wife Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons Astala and Phaedra, and I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts every day. We shall love her forever," Cohen also said in a statement.

The host of ITV's OMG lost her mother to an accidental drug overdose when she was 11. During a 2012 interview with Elle Magazine, she revealed that her mother's death was still difficult to deal with.

"I remember the day my mother died, and it's still hard to talk about it. I just blocked it out.. I didn't grieve. I didn't cry at her funeral...I couldn't express anything because I was numb to it all," she said.

Her final tweet was on Sunday and it included a link to a photo she posted on Instagram of her and her mother. The caption read, "Me and my mum."
