Just two months after giving birth to baby girl, Marley Rae  America Next Top Model winner Eva Marcille recently filed a restraining order against her boyfriend/baby father, Kevin McCall.

TMZ reported that back in March, the couple got into a huge fight at their home, which led to McCall "violently kicking down" four doors and attempting to take their daughter from Marcille's arms. The model called police and told them that McCall went crazy during the heated argument, chased her around the house and threatened to hit her.

Marcille also obtained a restraining order against the singer on March 28, which prohibits him from being 100 yards from her.

Last Friday, Marcille took to Instagram to post a happy photo of the family.

Back in August 2013, Marcille told BET that McCall was the man of her dreams, at the same time she announced her pregnancy.

"Being able to bring a life into the world is every woman's dream but for me it's more than just a dream it is a magical, mystical journey which I get to share with this amazing man." Marcille said. "Kevin is the only man who I would share this moment in life with."

Marcille first jumped onto the modeling scene back in 2005 as a contestant of America's Next Top Model. The 28-year-old beauty made headlines winning the third cycle of the competition as a 5-foot-7 model.

She and McCall have been dating one year. The model was previously engaged to actor, Lance Gross.
