This season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta has been a rocky one for Mama Joyce who acted out several times against her daughter, Kandi Burruss' then engagement to Todd Tucker.

Why Are Ladies of 'RHOA' Threatening to Quit?

While the couple tied the knot on April 4, a sneak peek of the sixth season finale showed that Mama Joyce had one last breakdown when discussing her daughter's relationship. Though Mama Joyce has been very vocal when it came to being against Tucker and Burruss' engagement (and relationship period), no one could really pinpoint what her real issue with Tucker was.

Mama Joyce decided to visit a therapist to talk about her problem and opened up about her initial problem with Tucker as well as where she thinks her relationship with her daughter took a wrong turn.

Kandi Burruss Tells Ex-Boyfriend to 'Stop Lying'

"Somewhere along the line we just lost communication and her fiancé, I'm not that crazy about him...The first thing he did was quit his job. Who wouldn't quit a $90-$100,0000 dollar job for a woman that's a millionaire."

She confessed that Tucker's actions is what caused her to question his motives; hence her cuing the dramatics this season.

She continued and said, "Since [Kandi] has been with him, she's gained like 30 pounds. [He] should remind her, 'You need to workout everyday."

Mama Joyce added that she didn't think Tucker was making Burruss a better woman. She also revealed that she believed that Burrusss chose Tucker because she grew up without her father. However, when asked how Tucker treated Burruss, Mama Joyce could not give a straight answer.

"I don't really know. I don't be around them. I mean, I'll speak to him..."

The therapist then gave Mama Joyce a little tough love and said he was concerned that she never "got to know" the man that her daughter was about to marry.

At that point Mama Joyce cried before Burruss entered the room.

The finale of The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs April 13 at 8/7c on Bravo.
