Jordana Breswter spoke about shooting Fast and Furious 7 without Paul Walker and how the franchise was planning on bidding his character farewell in the film, in a recent interview.

Brewster spoke to E! News at the Marie Claire's Fresh Faces party at SoHo House in California on April 8 about going back to finish filming for Fast and Furious 7 and suggested that not having Walker around would take its toll on the team. 

"I'm sure it will be very bittersweet," she said. "We all just want to honor Paul going back."

She said that while she was excited about reuniting with her F&F family, a "key element" would be missing.

"I'm looking forward to being back with the Fast family, but there's definitely a key element missing," Brewster said.

When the subject of how Walker's character, Brian O'Connor, will be sent-off in the film, Brewster remained tigh-lipped as she had been forbidden to say anything about that.

"That's all under lock and key. I'm not able to say anything," she said.

Fast and Furious 7 resumed filming on April 1, after taking a brief hiatus caused by Walker's sudden death.

Universal revealed footage featuring Walker in Fast and Furious 7 on March 23 at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. The actor was seen in stunt mode in the scenes.
