The first photo from the table read of the finale of season 2 of Arrow was revealed on April 9.

Thea to Stop Oliver from Killing Slade in Episode 19?

The show's producer Marc Guggenheim tweeted the picture, with the following caption:

"Arrow's 2nd Season Finale is shooting. Cast read thru yesterday. (I'm the bald guy via Skype.)"

Oliver and Felicity Join Forces to Take Slade Down in Episode 19? 

The people sitting at the table featured Stephen Amell who plays Oliver Queen, Katie Cassidy who plays Laurel Lance, Willa Holland who plays Thea Queen, Emily Bett Rickards who plays Felicity Smiak, and Caity Lotz who plays Sara Lance. By elimination we wonder who all might go down by the episode, seems like Slade who made a smashing return is definitely out.

The episode will be titled Unthinkable and it seems like that hints at a shocking finale for the CW series.

Here's the official synopsis for the next episode, The Man Under the Hood: 

"Deathstroke Hits Oliver at Home - Oliver (Stephen Amell), Canary (Caity Lotz), Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) return to the lair and find Slade (Manu Bennett) waiting for them. An epic battle breaks out and one member of Team Arrow is sent to the hospital. Thea (Willa Holland) hits her breaking point, but just as Oliver is about to reach her, Slade intervenes and Oliver is faced with a choice - his battle with Slade or his family. Meanwhile, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) struggles with a new secret. Jesse Warn directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Geoff Johns and teleplay by Andrew Kreisberg & Keto Shimizu."

Arrow will return on April 16 and air at 8 p.m. on CW.
