The next episode of Survivor: Cagayan could feature Tony Vlachos's alliance deciding to turn against him.

Redemption Island Returning After Season 28?

The promo for the next episode of Survivor, which is titled Sitting in my Spy Shack, features Tony spying on two of his alliance members: Jefra Bland and Trish Hegarty. He is shown spying in the bushes as Jefra voices her concerns about Tony.

"I don't wanna be fooled by Tony," Jefra says, likely within earshot of Tony.

As host Jeff Probst says in the voiceover, "Tony will stop at nothing to stay ahead in the game."

The NuSolana tribe has already splintered despite previously having a distinct advantage in the game. Tony convinced Woo Hwang during Wednesday night's episode that LJ McKanas was going after him and the duo flipped over to Jeremiah Wood, Spencer Bledsoe and Tasha Fox's alliance in voting out LJ.

This left Jefra, Trish and Kass McQuillen feeling relatively blindsided, and it's possible that the three of them could decide that Tony can no longer be trusted and proceed to vote him out next.

The promo clip also shows a potential injury that may lead to a medical evacuation. In the clip, Woo is shown climbing a tree to shake off some coconuts but things take a turn for the worse when Woo falls out of the tree.

Probst spoke with Entertainment Weekly about this incident after Wednesday's episode and teased another interesting tidbit.

"Another fantastic episode. Truly. You're gonna love it," he said. "Yes, Woo takes a fall... and could a letter from home change the game?"

Survivor: Cagayan airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
