Golden Globe nominee and Orphan Black's cloned out star, Tatiana Maslany (who plays Sarah Manning) dishes about the premiere's big surprise. Killer Helena is back!

Creators Say of Season 2 Orphan Black reveal, "Nobody will say we didn't go for it".

Left to die in a pool of her own blood, no one expected Helena to be alive. Monday's Entertainment Weekly caught up with Maslany in an exclusive interview to chat about Orphan Black's many twists and turns.

Maslany's psyched she gets to keep playing Helena, saying "she's an absolute riot. I love her... she's a total monster... all of her impulses are really base and really childlike but also really violent, and it's really fun to play that duality... I don't know where it's going to go or what things are going to come out. It's fun to play from that place." Did Maslany know that Helena was still alive all along?

"I did know. We were all bulls---ing the whole time," she laughs. "The bigger acting challenge was doing interviews. 'Oh, I really miss Helena...'"

Well, she could have fooled us. Entertainment Weekly said they're sure Maslany's "freaking people out," to which Maslany responded, "That's what we aim for."

Another twist: at one point Sarah plays a clone impersonating another clone. She goes as Cosima to gain entry into the Dyad party. And you bet those scenes are hard and "precarious" to play. "I don't know why my brain could not wrap itself around that clone impersonation thing... when Sarah is playing Alison, or when Sarah is playing Cosima, or whatever. It's the time when I feel the most exposed."

As for Felix's assless chaps? "That's him in his natural state."
