Rumors have circulated around Twilight actor Robert Pattinson for a while now ever since his split from Kristen Stewart, and the latest is revolving around pop star Katy Perry, who reportedly had a scandalous moment with the actor.

Robert Pattinson Dating 50 Shades Of Grey Star?

While it's been speculated that Pattinson and Perry are just friends, a new source is saying otherwise. Apparently, the two ended up kissing during their appearance at Coachella, which Pattinson allegedly started.

"He planted it on her," the source told Life & Style, published on Hollywood Life on Wednesday. "At one point, they held hands. He was like a puppy dog around her."

"There is so much sexual tension between them," the source added. "Something was bound to eventually happen."

Despite the two supposedly giving in to their tension, someone had apparently overheard Perry tell Pattinson, "You know this won't work" to which the actor reportedly agreed with. This leads to some speculation if Pattinson actually has feelings for the pop star, and if he'll do anything to pursue her.

"Rob adores her and his family loves her," a friend of the actor said. "He knows he really has his work cut out for him- it's going to take a lot of wooing for her to see him as more than just a friend."

It was recently reported that Pattinson has no plans to get back together with Stewart. According to another story from Hollywood Life, the actor is supposedly cutting his ex-girlfriend out of his life and he wishes her the best.
