It was announced that Richard Belzer, who plays Detective John Munch, will be returning for Law and Order SVU's season 15 finale on April 29.

Olivia Benson 'Investigated' For William Lewis Death In Episode 21? 

Munch last appeared in the episode titled Wonderland Story on October 16, 2013. In the episode the detective retired from the NYPD. Seems like a case might need his special expertise again as he will come back in the finale.

Meanwhile, the next episode will feature Olivia dealing with the immediate aftermath of serial killer William Lewis' suicide in the last episode. The only lead fans have about what to expect from the upcoming episode is the sneak preview that was recently revealed.

In the preview, Olivia is being checked out by the medics, her face is still blood splattered from Lewis' gruesome death in the last episode, but she seems calm. In the last episode Lewis killed himself in front of Olivia. Now she is just concerned about what he might have done to his hostage, the little girl they found with him.

In the clip Detective Nick Amaro (Danny Pino) is seen with her asking the medics to also get someone to take care of her if they were done with the "body probing."

The finale will air on Wednesday, May 21 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.

The next episode will air on NBC at 9 p.m. ET on April 30.
