Khloé Kardashian's new relationship with French Montana could be having an impact on Lamar Odom's celebrity status.

The former Los Angeles Lakers star was denied entry inside of a night club, Penthouse, in West Hollywood.

To make matters worse, his estranged wife and her new man were getting their groove on inside. It turns out that Montana was Penthouse's special guest Tuesday night.

In a raw video released by TMZ, Odom walked up to what appeared to be a side door. After chatting with the bouncer Odom is heard saying, "What?" after clearly being told he couldn't get in. He talked with the bouncer before another mystery man came out. In the end, Odom and his entourage ended up leaving the club. It's not clear if Odom was aware that Kardashian and Montana would be inside before he stepped out, but Montana did post a flier on Instagram Monday that revealed he would be the event's special guest.

It's also not known if he was denied entry because of Kardashian and Odom. Either way, he kind of laughed at a photographer who asked if he was going to endorse Montana.

Kardashian's big sister Kim was also in the club to support.

Montana shared a picture of he and Kim with the caption, "Shout out to my BFF @kimkardashian for coming out tonight party was turnt up #luv"

He definitely seems to be cozying up to the Kardashian/Jenner family. Kris Jenner posted a picture of her and Montana on Instagram May 7 with the caption, "I love you Papi."
