Evelyn Lozada continues to inspire women by flaunting her healthy baby weight loss methods via social media.

The 38-year-old reality star uploaded a new photo on Instagram, in which she sported a camo tracksuit and showed off her gradual weight loss making it hard to believe she gave birth two months ago. 

In her new blog post for Ok! Magazine, Lozada also included a photo of herself right after she gave birth, which shows her stomach protruding. She also let fans know that she gained 45 pounds during pregnancy making her 193 pounds.

Lozada later explained how she's slowly getting her body back. She said that she walked on the treadmill for 10 to 20 minutes after giving birth and increased the duration as the weeks went on. Six weeks after giving birth, Lozada began weight training.

The New York native also stressed that women should be conscious of what they eat after they give birth. "Try to eat lean protein, fresh fruit, veggies and grains. Yes, it sounds boring, but if you want your body back, you have to eat right," she wrote. "Think about your health for your baby, and eat five small meals per day. Keep in mind that your body is trying to repair itself."

The former VH1 Basketball Wives star welcomed her baby boy with fiancé, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford, on March 22. And while she's been sleep deprived since giving birth, Lozada has received some help from her firstborn, Shaniece Hairston, 20.

"My baby @ShanieceH is doing night shift tonight! 8 hours of straight sleep here I come!" Lozada tweeted on Thursday.
