It looks like Ramona Singer is throwing the punches now as it's been reported that she's sent her husband Mario Singer's mistress a cease and desist letter. Mario has been allegedly caught cheating on his wife of twenty years with 32-year-old New York socialite Kasey Dexter.

In the letter, the Real Housewives of New York star is basically telling her husband's lover to back off after it was alleged that the two began their affair at their Hamptons home. Ramona filed for divorce earlier this year but has since taken her husband back after he claimed that this relationship with Dexter was over and that he loved her instead.

According to Radar Online, the 57-year-old reality television star's attorney sent Dexter a letter telling her not to contact them in "any manner, fashion or form... in person, telephonically, electronically, by mail or by any other means."

Dexter, who also works as a personal fitness trainer, allegedly sent a letter to Ramona with explosive details about her relationship with Mario, telling her that she needs to end her marriage so she and Mario could be together.

Ramona recently made headlines for throwing a wine glass at Real Housewives of New York cast mate Kristen Taekman while in a drunken stupor during a recent episode. Kristen was left injured with a cut on her lip, while Ramona later apologized for her actions.
