Tim McGraw's latest album, Sundown Heaven Town comes out September 16. The album features his single Meanwhile Back at Mama's, which is sung with no other than his wife, superstar singer Faith Hill.

In a May interview with the Orange County Register, McGraw promoted the album and discussed what it is like performing with his wife. "I always tell everyone, ever time I have to sing with her," explained McGraw, "It's like a NASCAR running with a Formula One...I can't keep up."

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw Can't Sell TN Home? 

The single has received a great deal of praise. Both McGraw and Hill debuted it at the ACM Awards, and it's possible the two could perform together again. The pair, who live in Nashville with their three daughters, haven been collaborating on and off for nearly a decade.

For now though, it seems that the couple is taking things easy, in spite of McGraw's tour. "The great thing about country music," he said, "Is that you can really have the best of both worlds... something that pushes our genre forward and you can have that real homespun quality to it."

The couple appears to practice what they preach, letting their lives in music reflect their lives at home.

"We all live in the fast lane all the time," McGraw told the Register, "It's nice to have something remind you to stop and take and break... we have nights where there's no Twitter or Facebook and we have friends over for 'no social media' night."
