There might just be some twerking in the upcoming sequel to the musical hit Pitch Perfect.

Director Elizabeth Banks Releases Pitch Perfect 2 Candid Photos?

On Twitter yesterday afternoon, actress Brittany Snow (Would You Rather) posted the update "Injured my back today from twerking. Found myself using a glow stick to massage it. #sometimesIworry #PitchPerfect2Problems."

This comment is coming just days after creator, actress, and first time director Elizabeth Banks (The Hunger Games) released a photo of the cast in the dance studio.

So will Pitch Perfect 2, in keeping with the latest craze, reflect modern social relevance and feature twerking, or was the cast just merely fooling around when Snow hurt her back?

Then there is that glow stick. Was it a prop for some kind of twerking in the dark performance or something she had at home?

Snow has not elaborated on the statement or posted to Twitter since then, though she received a flurry of well-wishes from fans. The tweet itself has been favorited over a thousand times, with nearly six hundred people reposting it on their own accounts.

Snow, who will be reprising her role in Pitch Perfect 2 after appearing in the original, got her start on the television historical drama American Dreams, where she played a teenage student and dancer on American Bandstand.

Pitch Perfect 2 picks up with the high school a cappella group during their senior year of high school. It is set to be released in 2015.
