As the last leg of filming for Fast and Furious 7 is currently underway in Los Angeles, a new report suggests that Vin Diesel, who plays Dominic Toretto in the movie, is being quite difficult on set and causing delays.

New Casting Call For Filming Final Scenes In Los Angeles?

Inside sources told The Hollywood Reporter that the actor had actually become a problem for production. The report went as far as to suggest that some of the crew wished they could use the CGI face replacement technology they were using to finish Paul Walker's parts for Diesel too.

"Vin spent a whole day in his trailer one day," said the insider. "The next day, they waited four hours for him. He called a meeting [May 28] of studio execs to his trailer for two-and-a-half hours to say, 'What the f- am I doing here?'"

Apparently some scenes actually needed to be done with doubles as Diesel did not cooperate.

While the crew is telling a pretty distressing story, also suggesting that they were only reeling under from "low morale."

But Donna Langley, chairman of Universal pictures has dismissed the reports.

"This production is working through some challenges that are historically unprecedented," she said. "The crew and cast, led by Vin, have been nothing but terrific under these circumstances."

Fast and Furious 7 will take off from where Fast and Furious 6 left off. Wan took over the director's role from Justin Lin, who announced earlier in last year that he will step away from directing the franchise.

The cast for the seventh installment reprising their roles include Diesel, Luke Evans, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Jordana Brewster. UFC Womens Bantam weight champion Ronda Rousey and ONG Bak star Tony Jaa will also star in the film.
