There's a good chance that fans are about to see a softer side to Juliette next season on Nashville after Hayden Panettiere dished on the epic moment when her character revealed to Avery why she cheated on him.

On Tuesday, TVLine posted an interview with the actress who discussed what it was like having Juliette become vulnerable in front of Avery, and how it continues to create a special persona to her character.

"You know, one of the things that has been such a blessing about playing this character is that, as forward as Juliette has been and as many times as she's fallen on her face, there's always something else to learn about her, to understand about her," Panettiere said.

Juliette To Have A Baby In Season 3?

The actress then mentioned that the characters need to have a little bit of a good and a bad side to them because it won't look good if they are fully one side or the other.

"If a character is constantly sweet, you're going to have a problem with it. If a character is constantly monstrous and evil, you're going to have a problem with it," Panettiere said. "It's the balance that makes it relatable and human -- and that's what we want to see."

The actress then revealed that she doesn't always agree with the way Juliette does certain things, but she still tends to agree with her opinion in a lot of situations.

Nashville Season 3 is expected to premiere this fall on ABC.
