According to Hyland's lawsuit against Miller, Paige got so nervous during her dance rehearsals that she started suffering from panic attacks and couldn't breathe. Hyland says in the lawsuit that the producers on Dance Moms made things even worse by putting cameras into Paige's face during her anxiety attacks.

Hyland adds that because of Miller's antics, Paige is now seeking therapy for her issues. Hyland also says that Miller taunted her as well, by calling her an alcoholic stage mom and insulting her with bottles of tequila as a Christmas present.

Meanwhile, Hyland's court battle with Miller is heating up as more details have emerged about Miller's alleged verbal abuse against her dancers. Hyland says that Miller's erratic and oftentimes abusive behavior towards the dancers are all in part to help drum up ratings for the show.

"Miller screams at the girls in front of the other dancers, moms and production crew," reads the suit, "causing them to cry, and then Miller derides them for being emotionally weak when they do. Miller even tossed a chair during a confrontation with Paige."

The suit also alleges this is all part of an effort by the producers of the show to generate ratings.
