It looks as though LeAnn Rimes is using her new fame as a reality television star to help ignite her country music career as well. The former chart topper has announced that she is going on a Christmas tour to help support her new holiday album, which will be coming out later this Fall.

LeAnn Rimes Emotionally Hurting Eddie Cibrian's Kids?   

Rimes broke the news on her Twitter account, where she posted a video of her being chased by elves while wearing her signature bikini on the beach. She captioned the video with, "I'm going on a Christmas tour! Next time I'm hiring unicorns and fairies, not elves. Hope to see you there!"

She also wrote that she's working on promotional material for both the tour and album by tweeting, "It's hot as hell outside and I'm about to do a photo shoot in coats and long dresses. Shooting a cover 4 months out. #feelinghothothot."

LeAnn Rimes Flashes Her Nipple With Eddie Cibrian By Her Side   

Just recently, the country singer shared a Twitter photo on June 19 of herself hanging out at a recording studio with Christmas lights with the caption: "Recording Christmas vocals! My lalala's will be finished today mixing last song then bada bing dun. It's 91 out weird."

Rimes' last album, Spitfire, failed to climb the charts after the negative backlash she received from both fans and critics alike. Most of the songs on the album were about Rimes' cheating scandal with her now husband Eddie Cibrian, who left his wife Brandi Glanville back in 2009 when their affair began.

Many of her followers were turned off by the album and the back-and-forth Twitter feuds Rimes and Glanville have been engaging in for the past few years.
