Once Upon a Time fans may finally get to see Captain Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) out of those dark pirate clothes in Season 4.

Elizabeth Mitchell Cast As 'Possibly Malevolent' Character Close To Elsa & Anna

Allegedly, there are plans to give Hook a new look in Season 4 of Once Upon a Time, according to a new spoiler report by TVLine. The plan is to give Hook some clothes that would be more fitting for the modern, Storybrooke world.

It is unknown as to why Hook will be getting a wardrobe change, but it's possible that it could have something to do with Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and her getting increasingly close to him.

Once Upon a Time Season 4 Premiere Centered Around 'Frozen'

Morrison previously speculated at the 2014 Monte Carlo Television Festival that Emma and Hook would be in "bliss" for too long.

"My guess would be, since we're on a television show, that there's not gonna be bliss for very long because it's not very interesting," she admitted, adding that Emma is more vulnerable than ever before.

She noted that Emma is essentially "believing in people who've proven that they're gonna show up for her and they're going to participate in her life and they're not gonna let her down.

The upcoming season of Once Upon a Time is also set to feature the introduction of the world of Frozen. Among the characters slated to appear in Season 4 are Elsa (Georgina Haig), Anna (Elizabeth Lail) and Kristoff (Scott Michael Foster).

Once Upon a Time Season 4 is expected to return in the fall on ABC, though the network has not yet announced a specific premiere date. It will be returning to its regular Sundays at 8 p.m. timeslot.
