It looks as though 19 Kids & Counting star Jessa Duggar and her boyfriend Ben Seewald are already on their missionary trip in Central America. The couple shared a photo of themselves on their first overseas trip together on Seewald's Instagram account.

In the photo, the young couple are taking a "selfie" while trying to stay cool during the summer heat while in Honduras. Duggar looks as though she has her full make-up on while Seewald is sporting a towel over his head.

Meanwhile, there are rumors that suggest Duggar and Seewald might be getting engaged while on the trip, too. The couple, who have been dating since last fall, have been staying mum about their engagement plans but many 19 Kids & Counting fans are guessing that their upcoming trip to Central America might seal the deal for this couple's future.

Duggar and Seewald are on a "Seekers of Souls" mission and will visit Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador to help "those who are hopeless so they may become believers of our Lord, which has become our vision and passion in following both the example of Christ and Paul."

Duggar and Seewald first started dating back in September. According to ABC News, the couple take their courtship very seriously, as they are only allowed to side-hug with kissing or any other physical contact off-limits. The couple has been on dates, but only when a chaperone is present.
