Botched is about to take on a frightening turn when a patient reveals a scary situation involving a possible murder.

On Friday, E! News posted a clip of a patient named Saaphyri as she has a meeting with Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif. They ask her about her history in surgery where she mentions that she was on some sort of ice cream diet where she apparently lost weight everywhere except for the stomach.

She then went on about a "spooky" situation when she woke up during surgery when the doctor told her to "shut up." The anesthesia then went in as she fell back asleep.

While this situation seemed creepy enough, Saaphyri revealed that a patient might have murdered that doctor at an ice cream place. But Saaphyri made it clear that she was not on her previous diet during that time.

As they continued to chat, the patient was taken into the doctor's room to look over her body. Dr. Dubrow mentions that he's going to have to make some changes to her chest mainly because of how it affects the rest of her body.

"Her breasts are far too big for her body," Dubrow says. "And her breasts need to be lifted significantly."

He then looked over her stomach where she will apparently have to get a tummy tuck, resulting in a big scar.

Saaphyri then revealed that she plans to take the world by storm after her surgery.
