Just because they're wealthier than a significant portion of their fan base doesn't mean that the stars of Rich Kids of Beverly Hills don't face their own relationship dramas.

Morgan & Brendan Breaking Up Because Of Jealousy?

In fact, the show's star couple, Morgan Stewart and Brendan Fitzpatrick, may be set to have some of their worst drama yet on the show's upcoming season.

In an interview with E!, Fitzpatrick opened up about the couple's romance, which hit a snag at the end of the first season when they opted not to live together after all.

"Right now we're just trying to figure out how to take the next step because we decided not to move in with each other and we're each living in our own place," Fitzpatrick said in the July 23rd interview. "My work has kind of consumed me and there's not as much time spent together as either of us would like. It's not anything we can't get through but it's certainly a process."

As for the group's trip to China which will feature in the season 2 premiere, Fitzpatrick admitted that while he and Morgan were fine on the trip, but the weirdness from their decision not to live together would linger.

"Morgan and I travel well together and I think that as far as the season is concerned for both of us, it left off where we decided not to move in together so that left things in a weird state that you'll see as we guide our way through," he said.

His co-star, Roxy Sowalty, echoed his sentiments about the relationship in her own interview with E! just days before.

"Morgan was a lot to handle and so was Brendan," the interior decorator said of the trip to China, before later adding that there is nothing that could break apart the couple.

"They are in it for the long run as far as I'm concerned. Nothing is too hard for them to deal with," she said.

Stewart, Fitzpatrick, Sowalty, and fellow co-stars Dorothy Wang, Johnny Drubel and E.J. Johnson will all be back to provide drama and show just how the other half genuinely lives when Rich Kids of Beverly Hills season 2 premieres on Sunday, August 3 at 10 p.m. on E!
