The plague is about to come for the characters of Reign, which will lilkely cause torment and mayhem, according to some of the actors.

Will Francis Suffer From The Plague?

On Friday, Access Hollywood posted an interview with a few cast members who made appearances to Comic-Con this weekend. Toby Regbo (Francis) mentioned how it's going to be a struggle for everyone to get through this fatal disease that's about to spread.

"There's definitely some threat from people dying [all] around, people dying of the plague," Regbo said. "You have to keep on the move because people keep dropping."

Adelaide Kane (Mary) revealed that there will be some wild occurrences taking place, which might sound worse than the plague.

"They're robbing each other, they're killing each other," Kane said. "There's a chance [people will] take [Francis] and rob him for being a noble, not knowing he's a king."

Queen Catherine will likely have her own moments of fear, but it's doubtful that she'll let it show.

"I'm very worried. I'm not happy about that, but I will put a face on and pretend that everything is alright because I don't want people to know how upset abou that I am," Megan Follows (Catherine) said.

There is also a good chance that the queen might gain even more power now that her husband is dead.

"I think she's got to figure out how to do that and how to manipulate around that," Follows said. "But she's really a backdoor dealer, Catherine. She's really the one who's really the politician and always was."

Reign Season 2 is expected to premiere on Thursday, October 2 at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
