The trailer shows the opening moments of "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" character Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) adjusting to her new life as a vampire as she and Edward fight to protect daughter Renesmee, played by Mackenzie Foy, from the Volturi coven.

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -Part 2" panel at Comic Con featured appearances by the stars of the films including Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner with fellow cast members Facinelli, Greene, Reaser, Lutz, Mackenzie Foy and Nikki Reed with "Twilight" book series author Stephenie Meyer. Director Bill Condon appeared via video from London, where he is recording the score for the film, according to Daily Mail.

"Everyone knows the phenomenon of Twilight really exploded here (at Comic-Con), and we're all aware, too, this is the last time," said Condon.

The cast were first introduced at Comic Con, the annual pop-culture convention, four years ago.

"It felt so good to break her in, to see how fast the car goes," Stewart said at the "Twilight" panel at Comic Con after the preview trailer was shown. "Twilight vampires are very unique. They're not like all vampires... Everyone's powers are informed by how they were when they were human."

"I love her. I think she's the coolest one, so I had fun doing it," she added.

"We were kids when we started this," said Nikki Reed. "We're growing into adults and we're all at different places in our lives."

Stewart said appearing with her "Twilight cast mates" for their final Comic-Con panel "is kind of sad, man."

"This is sad right now, to be honest," she said. "We got to live here, we got to live in this world for such a crazy long period of time compared to the amount of time you usually do, but it feels good. Its like, 'Yes we did it. Yes, we finished'."

Author Stephenie Meyer closed the panel by showing a clip from her latest adapted novel, the sci-fi thriller "The Host."

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" is based on the novel "Breaking Dawn" by Stephenie Meyer. The two-part film is the fourth and final installment in "The Twilight Saga" series. All three main cast members: Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner, reprise their roles.

The first film has grossed over $705 million worldwide.

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" opens in theaters November 16.
