Dividing lines are being drawn within Falling Skies's Second Mass, and Maggie will soon be split between Ben and Hal over more than just her love life.

Pope Wants To Kill Lexi On 'Falling Skies', Will His New Relationship With Sarah Soften HisViews?

The fate of Lexi (Scarlett Byrne) caused nothing but strife amongst Falling Skies' fighters during "Door Number Three," and it put a crack in the foundation of the Mason family. Maggie (Sarah Carter) is currently stuck in a love triangle with the two oldest Mason boys, Hal and Ben, and the conflicted character must also seemingly choose between the brothers' stances on Lexi.

While Ben (Connor Jessup) wants to protect his little sister, Hal (Drew Roy) wants to protect his family - both the Masons and the Second Mass. However, Carter doesn't believe either of the boys really want to fully defend their hybrid sister.

Which Side Will Lexi Choose On 'Falling Skies', Human Or Alien?

"No one is really defending Lexi in our little love triangle," Carter told Three If By Space at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con. "We're up against Lexi's parents, Tom and Anne."

Despite this, one of the Masons is pushing Maggie back into the war more than the other. Whereas Maggie once ignored her suspicions about Lexi and her strange safe haven, the young fighter is now fully convinced nothing good can come of it.

"When Ben comes in [to Chinatown], she kind of snaps back into her old self and she starts to allow those questions to sort of surface because there is somebody there to be on her side. She did hide her guns, she did not give them up, she never completely surrendered to Lexi being some sort of peaceful god. So when Ben wakes up, she like, 'Okay, yeah. Something's up,'" Carter explained. "But then Hal comes on the scene and Hal is very clear that he does not trust what's going on and actually they're in alliance in that sense."
