On Monday, Zap2It reported on the events of a recent episode of the Gordon Ramsay judged show.

There were 12 cooks left, which led to the remaining chefs being separated into teams of six. The mission was to cook a romantic dinner and dessert for couples. One of the couples featured Gordon Ramsay and his wife, although Ramsay is always a judge on the show, so cooking for him wasn't a big deal for the cooks, one imagines.

Fierce Rivalry Between Competitors Sparks On MasterChef

Ahran and Elizabeth were the two captains, and Elizabeth's team won, so Ahran's team went to the elimination challenge. The challenge involved using a box of truffles, where Christine and Leslie landed in the bottom two, as Leslie's was unpleasant looking, while Christine's was quite bitter. Christine ended up being eliminated, leaving 11 cooks for next week challenge.

CarterMatt reported on Monday that the next challenge will involve a mystery box, and that in the elimination challenge the chefs will have to cook with fire. The next episode airs Monday August 4 on FOX. The show began with 30 cooks, and after this episode they will be down to a top 10. Who will be burned by the fire next week?
