Jennifer Aniston might no longer be in top-grossing blockbuster films, but that doesn't mean she's raking in any less money than she did before. According to a new report, the former Friends star is one of the top-grossing actresses of the decade, despite the fact that she hasn't starred in a big screen hit in quite a few years.

In Forbes' list of Hollywood's highest-paid actresses, Aniston ranks third with an estimated revenue $31 million dollars per year. In comparison, Jennifer Lawrence is in second place with $34 million and Sandra Bullock is in first with a whopping $51 million dollars in earnings.

The actress continues to profit from Friends reruns in syndication and her endorsement work. In addition, Aniston is often willing to cut her upfront pay for a movie and, instead, receive a portion of the profits that the movie ends up making, according to Bustle.com.

Meanwhile, reports over the weekend state that Aniston and Theroux are looking to actually downgrade to a much smaller, "modern" home for just the two of them. Aniston and Theroux bought the home back in 2012, and it boats over $5 million dollars in upgrades and renovations, including a $100,000 marble sauna and a boutique kitchen.

"It's not officially listed, as Jen's got a property mediator sourcing potential buyers first. She wants to see if she can get a good return on it before placing it on the market. If that happens she's looking into buying a new penthouse in New York, and keeping her Hollywood hills property as an LA base," a source said, according to The Belfast Telegraph published on Monday.
