Her drunken alter ego Martha has gotten her into a fair share of trouble on Party Down South, but star Mattie Breaux was facing her own problems due to drinking off-camera earlier this year.

After getting a DUI from before her time on the CMT reality series, a warrant was issued for Breaux's arrest when she failed to appear in court while filming the show's second season-but in a recent interview with RumorFix.com, she assures her fans that she's out of trouble-and will definitely be back for season 3.

"They've all been recalled and I'm handling it," she said. "It's all been taken care of so no worries. I'm not going to jail today!"

She also opened up about the drama she witnessed, and occasionally wound up involved in, during season 2-especially concerning the situation between Daddy and Lil' Bit's hook-up before the cast went to Georgia.

"I didn't really get in the middle of it, I just...I'm a very loyal and I got my friends' back kind of person, and this incident kind of was bad because here's two people that I cared about a lot and one was lying, and I just would watch it every day," she said. "Where she would be leading him on, and she did, a lot. So it's frustrating, because I wanted to be like, 'Stop Daddy.'"

And though the interview was taped before the bombshell announcement that Lil Bit was leaving the show, Mattie did still have kind words to say about her co-star.

"She's a piece of this family, I still care about her. I mean, we all have problems, we all make mistakes," she said. "It's just this one involv3eed the whole family this time."

Party Down South airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on CMT.
