Movie star Kristen Stewart dished on her life as a celebrity, including a moment she apparently had with a certain ex-boyfriend ever since Twilight became a deal.

Robert Pattinson Reveals 'The Hardest Part' On Former Relationship

On Thursday, Elle posted an interview with the actress for the September issue. She gave the impression that she wasn't that prepared for Twilight to become as big of a success as it was since something came across for her that she would have to be aware of.

"The day the movie came out there was a picture of me- in the New York Post, I think. I was sitting on my front porch, smoking a pipe with my ex-boyfriend and dog," Stewart said. "And I was like, 'Oh s---,' well, I have to be aware of that."

Even though she didn't say his name, it sounded like the ex-boyfriend she was referring to was Robert Pattinson since they dated in the Twilight movies and in real life. Both of their accomplishments have led them to become paparazzi targets, which Stewart says is likely causing her to be judged by the public.

"Now I feel like if I smiled for a paparazzi photo- not that I ever would- that's exactly what people would be desecrating me for," the actress said. "They'd be like, 'now you're going to give it up, now you're a sellout.' Like, okay. What do you want? What would you like?"

Strewart also revealed that she never "plotted" for her career to go in a certain direction.

"As soon as you start thinking about your career as a trajectory- like, as if you're going to miss out on some wave or momentum- then you're never doing anything for yourself anyway," she said.
